General terms and conditions

 

DEPOSIT

Reservations shall be binding only if secured with a deposit. The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of 10% of the total cost of the stay.

 

PAYMENT

Payment must be paid in full on arrival. If the payment is to be made by credit card then a 5% fee will apply. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION

Subject to availability the length of stay can be extended. We will endeavour to allocate the same apartment although there may be instances where we may not be able to allocate the same apartment.

 

INJURY AND DAMAGE

We do not, take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.

 

OCCUPANCY

The flat will be available for occupation from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure.

 

THE PRICE

The price for hiring a unit depends upon the duration of the stay. Our current prices are available on request and on our website.

Prices are quoted in £ Pound (GBP).The price of the rental includes the cost of water, electricity, gas, entry cleaning and linen/towel.

 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

All cancellation of bookings must be in writing (email). If cancellation is prior to the 6 week deadline the deposit only will be liable to forfeit. If cancellation is less than 6 clear weeks before arrival date, the cost of the entire stay is not refundable unless the flat is relet for the relevant period.

 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT

The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. Except in the case of normal wear and tear, the resident will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Such damage must be reported, without delay. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed and paid.
